About Us
IT Services 4 Business is a family run business that has been providing IT support and consultancy for almost fifteen years. We provide our services for a number of small to medium enterprise businesses, building contractors, estate agents, solicitors and charities. IT Services 4 Business is based in South East London but we provide our services across the United Kingdom with additional clients in Norwich, Rochester, South Yorkshire and Wales. One of our largest companies also has offices in the United States and Thailand for which we also provide remote support. We have experience on onsite physical networking, supporting both Windows and Mac Operating Systems, the installation and maintenance of scalable cloud based systems and have connections with various third parties that can provide software, hardware and telephony solutions.
We pride ourselves on supplying a high and consistent level of services as well as our quick response time, our 24/7 service and our open and honest pricing structure. Clients have our office and mobile phone lines as well as our email addresses, so we are always contactable. IT Services 4 Business prides itself on being open and honest about our prices with clients. Many companies will offer low introductory prices but will then point to the small print for extra fees once the contract is signed. IT Services 4 Business refuses to operate this way and if there is ever any concern about our rates, we are open to clarify this for our clients. Many of our clients operate on an ad-hoc/per hour basis which is logged so that clients are in total understanding and control of where their money is going. Others pay for regular visits, usually monthly or bi-monthly to sort issues and others choose to pay a retainer.
For the services we provide and the skill we bring our prices are very reasonable compared to many of our competitors.
